Let me just say the employees have always been kind and attentive, whether they are slammed or its empty. I've used both the app and the drive thru to order and (knock on wood) my order has always been correct and yummy! Big shout out to the staff!“

“New location from a couple of doors down, very clean but mostly smaller tables that seat two. Comfortable temperature unlike the freezer at 35th and Glendale. My only disappointment was trying to order the new Cheez-It crunchwrap and getting the Crunchwrap supreme, the problem was that I ordered at the counter instead of using the kiosk because it seems impolite to use the kiosk if there's an employee at an empty counter. I didn't realize the mixup until it was too late and didn't check my receipt until after eating my meal. I can't fault the employee but since the Cheez-It is new, popular and apparently easy to confuse with the regular crunchwrap they should have asked for clarification“
“Food is expertly crafted, visually appealing and ready very quickly. The dining room is always clean. I always go inside to pick up my orders during my lunch break, so there's usually a wait because cashiers are always positioned at drive-thru“
“I just drove through the Taco Bell and explained that I was sick and just wanted to drive back through and get a refill of an ice cold beverage. The employee named, Amanda was so sweet & kind to me. Amanda had me drive up to the window and she had a refreshing beverage refill for me. Her complete kindness and her understanding made me cry. It's so wonderful to have people like Amanda who genuinely care and understand when someone needs help.

“Always consistent at this location with the service and the food. I’ve never had any issues with missing anything in my order or someone with a bad attitude in the drive-through.
Was recently disappointed with the new AI ordering system on the drive-through but the employee “ADAM” Instructed me on how to take steps ; on hopefully slowly to get rid of that all once and for all by taking the survey online!

“We've been going to this location for years and have always appreciated how friendly the staff always seem to be. Food is always ready very quickly and is piping hot.
The bean burritos are too often a bit dry and could use more red sauce by default, especially at $3 each.“
“Went this morning for a quick breakfast item. Drove thru and had a great experience of customer service from Nicole . She asked about rewards, was patient to allow me to pull it up and she noticed I had a reward and asked if I would like to use it. She was great with her service and I will be going out of my way to come back to this Taco Bell in the future. Kudos to her and the management staff for far exceeding my expectations. Food was well prepared as well.“
“This taco bell (35th and pinnacle peak) used to be terrible before the remodel. We live right by it and stopped going here after repeated issues with stale, cold, food with wrong orders. But shortly after the remodel, something changed. Not sure if there's new leadership but now the food is fresh, hot, and orders are accurate. Thanks, we can now eat Taco Bell again.“
“It's definitely a great experience. The restaurant is a lot more clean than any other place I have been to. I ordered 15 different items the other day and every single one of them were on point. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this location it is a little more remote but it's also in a nicer area and you will feel safer and get better service. Every place has its faults but that's just how it is on the workforce nowadays. Thank you for the opportunity and I am grateful to be a part of the amazing experience,and I look forward to coming here as much as possible moving forward. “Whoever the order preparers were for tonight deserve a raise! I eat Taco Bell a lot, but this was one best meals I’ve had from here. Every bite had the perfect amount every topping! (I’m writing this comment mid meal because I can’t get over how good it is)“
