The Melting Pot

First off I wanna say Desert was amazing. Second of all we were not thrilled about the meats nor the two cheeses that we ordered which were the queso Fondo and the get some Mexicano. Neither one of them was good and we also tried the the wine one with nutmeg in ittoo whiny needless to say I would go back but only for Desert.

Omg this place was a HUGE LET DOWN … first went on my birthday they told me to celebrate I got champagne or roses .. said it would be at the table when we got there .. then it wasn’t even there .. next bug in food now they did replace but still gross .. the food was terrible boil chicken steak what I recommend but she was so average no taste no season.. service was horrible non existent said champagne was on house when I was already told that .. when we mention restaurant week it like her whole vibe changed even so the food was horrible only thing was the cheese fondue and dessert were good .. $191 dollars for two people I felt totally ripped off … and again bug in my food …

Always an amazing experience when coming here, the food is pricey but worth it, and I love the fact that they have a vegan cheese and chocolate option.

We had an amazing experience at The Melting Pot, and our waitress Savannah truly made the night unforgettable! She was incredibly attentive, polite, and patient—even with our group’s crude humor and chaotic energy. Savannah kept everything flowing perfectly, and her sense of humor made the whole experience even better. Her menu and drink recommendations were absolutely spot-on—we loved everything she suggested. She struck the perfect balance between professional and fun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better server. If you’re heading to The Melting Pot, do yourself a favor and ask for Savannah!

Incredible experience, we go every year for our anniversary. Incredible food and it’s so fun to cook and dip ourselves.

Dined here last night, everything was fantastic. Our server Sarah made the experience a 10/10. She explained everything on the menu very well and was very attentive throughout the whole time we were there. Even gave us a free bottle of their in house seasoning for a birthday in our party. Would 100% go back and ask for Sarah!

Had a wonderful date night/celebration dinner here tonight. Had the four course meal with some incredible cocktails. Each course was delicious and our waitress, Emily B, took fantastic care of us through it all. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere special!

Another great melting pot experience. This time while visiting AZ for the first time. Service was good. Got the big night out dinner. Salads were delicious. Wife loves the Ying&Yang martini. They charged $23 for a small individual bottle of Prosecco which is pretty ridiculous though. Other than that solid visit.

Made a reservation arrived early and we're immediately given a table. We sat there for 15 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us. Three servers were present helping others at different tables and not one person took the time even take a drink order. The gentleman that sat is even walked by helped the table across from us with a to go and still nothing. Worst service!

It was very quiet when we came in on a Friday evening. Our server Ninos was fantastic! He was very friendly and accommodating which made our experience so great.

Always have a great time with great food every time we come here. Everyone is always very professional and very nice place for date night.
