The Melting Pot

This was an amazing experience. We only got the cheese and dessert pots, but there was a lot of privacy with booths that had curtains and a bathroom that was stocked with free complimentary items. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Have an inexperience waitress. Do not introduce to us how to cook food. Also, not aware boiler is broken and cannot cook food well. Need me to point out and change table. Not good experience and certainly much worse that Melting pot Charlotte NC

The service was as bad as it gets the total meal time was over three hours. Our first item to eat got to us after 1 hour from sitting.

You can never go wrong with fondue. We truly enjoyed dining at the Melting Pot. Service was really good. Of course my favorite part was the desert!!!. Yum!!! Cannot wait until next time.

We visit at least twice a year and are big fans of the Steak Lovers. Unfortunately, during our last visit the portion size was noticeably much smaller not only for us, but also at the neighboring table. For the price, the portions have clearly shrunk and no longer feel appropriate, which is disappointing. We hope this will be reconsidered, as we've always loved coming here and would like to continue doing so.

We go to Melting Pot at least once or twice a year. The food was better than I remember our last visit. Hoever, seated behind us was a couple ordering cocktails and more cocktails while their 3 year old screamed for 1.5 hours. It happens but it was very annoying. Our server was brand new, so she lacked experience in that area. Her colleague tried to cover for her but being New Years eve the place became very busy. I ordered a lemon drop martini and it was awful, drinks have never bern their strength so was expected. I did send it back, and they did not charge. We were never offered refills and we spent the last 45 minutes with no water. She rarely came back to check on us, so that stunk. I will come here again, because I love fondue but it would be nice if they stepped up their game, its really expensive!

Delicious food and great service - but a hefty price ($250 for 2, including the tip). We loved our experience but won't be spending this much money for a meal for quite a while.

Our table was in a cozy corner with a curtain that closed for privacy. Hunter, our waiter, was very patient in explaining everything and the food was delicious. We will be back!

I know the whole of appeal of this restaurant is cooking the food yourself, but it wasn’t great. There weren’t really any options for a vegan, so that was disappointing. We had the grill as the cooking style for the “protein” and the smoke was wafting in my face the whole time. The ravioli they give has to be grilled. Who eats an uncooked grilled ravioli?

The decor is right out of the early 90’s / late 80’s.

The staff was really nice and the presentation of the food brought to the table was pretty, but I had to eat food when I got home as I was still hungry. Kind of a bummer when my boss spent so much money on a company Christmas dinner there.

I took my sons for a Christmas celebration meal. The food was fantastic, and the tableside experience was lovely. Honestly, it couldn't have been better! Highly recommend.

Our servers were Hunter and Lee, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The steak was so good and filling that I needed a box. Genuinely a 20/10 experience.

Just went for chocolate for my first time but i will definitely be returning to try the full 4 course! Natalie gave us amazing service and was very helpful with the menu. Cant wait to be back to try more!
