Booked for an anniversary dinner and our server, Alexis, was fantastic. Service was efficient, friendly, and very helpful since this was our first time dining here. Ambience was perfect for the occasion. Highly recommend!
This was the PERFECT anniversary dinner for our Halloween night! I asked ahead of time for the private booth experience and asked them to "Spookify" it a little. They NAILED it! There were bats, a skeleton named Mike, spiderwebs and little spider candle holders, and the rose petals ugh, so cute. The service was GREAT and they did a wonderful job picking up that we were private people and disliked a lot of crowds. They were attentive, respectful, and very fun and helpful! I cannot recommend this location and staff enough!!!
Make sure you look at the menu and understand it before you go - the staff will definitely mislead you into getting more food than necessary if you are a first time guest. Dead silent in here - even whispering at our table I felt loud.
Great service great food waiting staff was super polite she had a private table with curtains they would knock ever time they came though to check on us would highly recommend for a date night got a old fashioned cocktail one of the best old fashioned I've had from a restaurant can't say enough how good the experience was
We celebrated our wedding day with our entire wedding party. It was so much fun everyone is still talking about it.
After a bad (corked) bottle of wine, which the sommelier was kind enough to replace, there was a hair in my salad.
The entire dinner experience was great! Our server Emily was fantastic! She answered all of our questions, provided great suggestions on drinks and which desert to choose. She was attentive without be intrusive which is a hard balance for servers. I 1000% recommend this restaurant and our server. Can't wait for our next visit
We have dined at this Melting Pot location numerous times. We love the food and ambiance. We were seated shortly after we arrived in a nicely draped booth. This time, our server was Jesse L. He was friendly and professional. He was slow at greeting us and taking our order. There was a long time between each course. When Jesse removed our first cheese course, he took our skewers. When he brought out our entrée course, he forgot to bring skewers. We informed him, but he didn't return for over 10 minutes with them. We had to wait to start eating till he returned. When he did bring them, he only gave us one set, so we just shared. He tried hard to be attentive; however, he seemed overwhelmed. We decided that we would take dessert home because we didn't want to wait any longer. Our reservation was at 6:30, and we left after 8:30 with dessert in a bag. I mentioned our experience to the hostess as we left. We ordered from the Restaurant Week menu.
They had a different restaurant week menu then was published. Format was confusing. Server was excellent. Cheese fondue was good, however, the dippers were mostly a low quality bread that lacked flavor and was dry. Salads were fine. Meat course was oddly cut meat chunks served with multiple meats in one serving dish. Chocolate course was lacking as the dippers were dried out. We did not finish our meal.
Great food, nice ambiance, helpful staff, but too expensive. Five adults, three of whom had no alcohol, and dinner + gratuity was $450. $300 would have been more than fair. We would like to come back, but not at these prices.

The staff was helpful in making ordering choices and very friendly. In visiting with person who seated us her mom lives in Kingman right next to us in Mohave Valley, AZ! Small world! Used the Melting Pot bar code for cooking times which was easy to follow and fun to see click down to done. Garlic and wine seasoning was scrumptious! Upgraded to turtle chocolate with rum burned off and pecans to dip goodies into for dessert! Amazing experience!
Another fantastic meal at The Melting Pot Arrowhead. Always a good time. Always good service. Always good food. We loved the new Dubai chocolate fondue for dessert, too. I just wish they hadn't removed the yogurt curry for what seemed like a watery balsamic salad dressing. Beyond that, it was a great experience. We'll definitely be back.
Our server was very excellent! We didn't want for anything and he was personable and friendly!
Our server was fantastic! Emily B did an incredible job. I think she deserve a raise!
