The service and the atmosphere were great, no complaints there. It is a very cool concept and something you should try out at least once. The fondue was good, just nothing exceptional. The meat seemed to be good quality and it was fun to cook it yourself. Overall, everything was good, just not great. It seems very overpriced for what you get.

Only thing that was good was the service. The idea gets points for being different but the food wasn't that good and overpriced for the quality. It was also way too hot inside. They didn't have any air on and with the rich food, I started feeling nautilus. It's a neet experience but I don't think I will be coming back.

Had a belated valentines dinner date here last night! Our server Jill went about and beyond and was so sweet and personable, and the food was great! Have been to both AZ locations a few times and this was definitely our best visit yet!

My Boyfriend and I have visited The Melting Pot last night for some drinks and dessert. We had quite a bit of a wait, but didn't mind it. Atmosphere was elegant and clean. Once seated, we got our own privacy and cute spot, with a curtain. Emily B took care of us. Her knowledge with the menu and her friendly demeanor was very heartwarming! Her smile also made us comfortable. She also took the time to chat with us before we paid. The service that Emily B provided was remarkable. Overall, the dessert was delish. I've been here twice already and have had a wonderful time each time. Emily B was a fantastic, personable server that ensured we had everything we needed.
