The entire dinner experience was great! Our server Emily was fantastic! She answered all of our questions, provided great suggestions on drinks and which desert to choose. She was attentive without be intrusive which is a hard balance for servers. I 1000% recommend this restaurant and our server. Can't wait for our next visit
We have dined at this Melting Pot location numerous times. We love the food and ambiance. We were seated shortly after we arrived in a nicely draped booth. This time, our server was Jesse L. He was friendly and professional. He was slow at greeting us and taking our order. There was a long time between each course. When Jesse removed our first cheese course, he took our skewers. When he brought out our entrée course, he forgot to bring skewers. We informed him, but he didn't...
Great food, nice ambiance, helpful staff, but too expensive. Five adults, three of whom had no alcohol, and dinner + gratuity was $450. $300 would have been more than fair. We would like to come back, but not at these prices.
