My fiance and I adore this place as a simple and affordable date destination. There was a long period of time when we would come nearly every week to enjoy some diner classics. It's homey but lively and the food is always the same 5 star diner quality. Also I cannot stress this enough: Free pie Wednesday.
I was generally pleased with my visit for breakfast with a friend at this morning. The server was kind and attentive, the food came fairly rapidly and was made to order. However the serving size was noticeably on the small side and that's what falls short of a 5-star rating.

Solid corporate comfort food, coffee and more beverages, and many varieties of pie sold by slice or by whole pie. Decor is a bit dated, but well maintained and clean. Attentive table service and convenient check out with cashier.
