I just left Wendy’s about 10 minutes ago and this was hands down the worst customer service I could experience. I am pretty sure the “manager” at the window was doing British accents and trying to do a Chinese accent so disrespectfully you would think they were racist. They messed up my order after repeating it 5 times in different accents and I can’t even call to complain about this because it was the manager who was being unprofessional at the window. Blows my mind.
I like the cod sandwich/burger and my daughter loves mushroom bacon burger we hope they stay for good 😊
