I've made the mistake of ordering at this Wendy's when I met for another Wendy's on 59th Ave. I did not pick up my food the Friday I placed order since I did wrong location. I called and spoke to Gaby a manager, about how do I get a refund? She explained to go through the app and had limited information on how to obtain refund. I just left empty handed and tried calling the Wendy's corporate number and just got told someone would call me back. After a day no...

I have always been fond of wendy’s burgers and frosties. Something about them just makes me keep coming back. I even take out sometimes so I can have a snack later at night. Aside from that, the crew of this branch is really polite! My order is always processed fast I’ll be back soon for sure. Deserved a 5 star!

Seriously how are these the nicest ppl! Another store messed up our order and they fixed it and went above and beyond! Food was fresh! Frosty was actually frozen not melting or anything!
