“I was driving home, hungry, and wondering what I would make tonite and I was not feeling very much like cooking. I looked to my right and saw a new place had opened up!!I made a quick choice to turn into the parking lot. The owner was very nice and answered all my many questions on how to heat the meals ( since I didn’t want to dine in). He explained all the meals they had and how they were organized in the cold freezers. But they also have warm meals for dining in.I picked out 2 low carb chicken entrees and a low carb cauliflower based pizza. Got home, heated up the chicken meal that had a blend of quinoa, brown rice, julienned tender carrots and Edemame . It only took 3 minutes to heat in the microwave (this made me happy! )And WOW ? delicious !!!! I was so pleasantly surprised! The chicken is moist !! Finally a chicken meal with moist chicken ! Excellent blend of flavors. Not at salty, just perfect!Lately, I’ve been trying different home delivery meal kits and within a few weeks, my husband and I are usually disappointed. They are salty and dry chicken and very time consuming requiring chopping and cooking. The ones that come prepared are not to our liking and the others are boring.This is why I am SO thrilled that we will have healthy delicious meals and the variety of available meals is tremendous! They have so many Low Carb or Keto meals to choose from. We will definitely not get bored! And they change up the meals often.This evening, I heated up the entree and put it over chopped romaine salad. “I was out of coffee and about to start my shift (work from home) so I googled coffee near me and this place came up. I live 2 minutes away and never knew. It’s tucked away in a business building. My daughter and I got large hazelnut iced coffees and were so pleased! They’re big and taste amazing! Just what we needed to start the day and will be going back to try lunch later.“

“Thayla gave me the best experience at buffalo spot, felt very welcomed and she was very sweet and informative,I was trying buffalo spot for the first time it’s extremely high quality and I am glad also the potatoes are freshly cut and the chicken is also white meat which is the highest quality so I enjoyed having the health and nutrition still thought about and also buffalo spot is not greasy or over saturated in oil either definitely a fresh environment, the sauce is definitely in a league of its own.“

On Jefferson and 13th so if your government worker great and close for our lunch better then the food trucks. This place is now up for sale after owners of over 20 years kept this place alive actually quite famous and alot of famous people ate here. “Awesome place! The restaurant had a great energy right when I walked in, everyone was super helpful and nice. The woman who took my order was very kind, I think her name was Victoria. I got a wrap, salad and detox juice and I felt energized the rest of the day! Delicious as well. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back:)“
“I came in one day they forgot the balsamic vinegar for my grain bowl. I talked to the manager, Chris, And he assured me that the next Green bowl would be on the house. I came in to receive my on the house green bowl and they also gave me a free juice. It’s hard for me to find the words of gratitude I am for this business being honest, forthright, and very friendly. I will be back again.“
“A coworker found this place through a google search and we gave it a shot and so glad we did. There are limited non fast food lunch spots near our office so this was a great find. My food was made quickly and was super fresh, portion sizea were excellent for the price, however, they did forget the two cookies I purchased. But, we will most certainly will be back. We cater lunches often so this will be great having an option so close. Don't let the outside deter you from heading in! The inside was very clean and the two guys who made our food were very nice and polite. I had the Italian salad and a toasted Italian sandwhich. My coworker had a chicken salad sandwich and a cranberry walnut salad.“
