The food is always delicious and the beers ice cold!!! A great place anyway!

I ordered food to go and my boyfriend picked it up on his way home from work. When he got home they forgot fries$6. I called and they told me it was my fault for not checking before he left. They would only give me my food if I spent more money on gas to go pick them up! Not a credit for later or credit my card. NOT there policy. So they can screw up every to go order and it's the customer's fault?? Well there are a lot of other places to eat wings. Sad thing is I was more mad that the manager made it my fault that my order was wrong not them. It's all wrapped up how would we have known.

Last night my friend and I came in after work in hopes to enjoy dinner and a drink. We sat in the bar area and we're greeted nicely. We ordered a couple of drinks and also ordered our food. We ordered two of the same meals. We waited for 40 minutes before one meal was sat in front of us. It was cold. I watched the wait staff linger around the take out window, while the cooks were making the food. We mentioned that we both ordered meals and were told another ones was coming, but also asked for a reheated (or new) meal. The waiter took the meal and 20 minutes later placed another (just one) meal at our table. We were once again waiting for BOTH meals. It took another 10-15 minutes before we got both meals. A manager came to talk with us, told us about their "Zipps bucks" and gave us each $5 to use the next time we come in. For our terrible service, we still left with paying $18 for a meal that took way too long to get.

Horrible experience. The only reason it's not a 1, is because of the Mozzarella Sticks. We didn't get greeted for a good 15 minutes, then didn't get our drinks for another 20 minutes. I got a Caesar Salad and it was $12, the plate was disgusting and had hard old food on it, and the salad was warm. Sent it back, and brought back more horrible warm salad. I didn't eat it. My fathers wings were cold. It wasn't even busy and our server was missing in action. The server kept the salad on the bill. Horrible service, horrible food, and horrible experience.

I want so much for this business to succeed but we try, try and TRY this establishment, hoping the service will be decent. Currently at "rush hour" of Noon on a Friday with just two other tables, my waitress served a salad DROWNED in dressing and told her it was inedible with more dressing than lettuce and she simply said "sorry to hear that", and left the salad and didn't come back for refills, chatting with a group of colleagues for 20+ minutes. When she finally brought the bill, she said, "our company policy is you must pay for it, even if you don't eat it".

ZERO STARS for ZERO Customer Service!!! I realize this is a sports bar and I shouldn't expect much, but this place and the staff is far below LOW CLASS!

The service here is horrible. Unless you're a man under40. Then they check on you every 2minutes. They've lost all the good staff. I won't be coming back. Waited 30 minutes for a refill on my drink, so I said no thanks, paid my bill and left. I have been a loyal customer of this location for eight years. Until tonight.

If you want to be over charged this is the place for you! Not only will they not tell you if anything is extra, you have to really look at your receipt before leaving otherwise you won't be refunded for anything after you leave. Tiffany from corporate is by far the rudest customer service rep i've ever encountered. Everything we told her we were over charged for she wants to say is our fault for not realizing it and she can't do anything about it, where is the server's accountability for not telling their customers where they're getting charged extra when they're ordering? If i could give 0 stars i would, hmmmm i wonder why this place has 2.5 stars. Maybe give your staff better training and less b*tchy customer service reps *cough cough* Tiffany *cough cough*.

Let me just preface this with we have come to this Zipps 2-3 times per week since it opened. My husband, my family, friends, etc. We're here often enough the bartenders and most servers know our order both drink and food without asking and our drinks are served immediately upon arrival. There are 2 managers that I know of- one short male who cannot speak in proper English sentences and a petite blonde female who is fantastic, truly fantastic even when I showed up with 14 growing teenage boys, the entire booster staff and 8 coaches. She had us in and out in 2 hours. Tonight- we arrived at 7:45pm. The restaurant was more than half empty, our server Kaitlyn was truly amazing. She was kind, expeditious, and truly genuine. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes for appetizers (which we ordered to eat there) and dinner (ordered to go as we were on a time crunch). I told our server we had to leave at 9:15pm to pick up my daughter. The server advised us out food was coming out immediately around 8:40pm after we inquired about the nearly 55 minute wait for appetizers. At 8:50, still so sweet, our server apologized, inquired about the food and a manager (the little man who speaks like a thug) came out around 9pm and stated "I'm sorry, we have a large party, there's nothing I can do. I'm really sorry, a large party with a room reserved was planned ahead of time." A ROOM RESERVED?! Hence they had plenty of notice to staff the kitchen for said party or at the very least let patrons know there would be an hour plus wait for appetizers. I told the manager I needed the check for our drinks, we had to leave to get my child. The manager then stated he'd bring the check. We got a FULL check, for all the food, plus drinks. WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOOD! My husband stated we wouldn't pay for the food we didn't get- he requested a drink check only. The manager told us he couldn't help us with the bill, if we didn't pay for the check he'd call the police. CALL THE POLICE?! WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY FOOD AND ASKED, LITERALLY ASKED TO PAY FOR OUR DRINKS! I said "call the police, I'll leave cash for the drinks, I refuse to be late to get my child". As we were walking out, the manager brought 3 to-go bags and offered $5 in Zipps Bucks. Are you kidding me?! $5 when we waited over an hour for food that didn't arrive? Oh, I should mention the ToGo food was not correct. Literally not a single order. We refused to pay for the food, also refused to take it as it was completely wrong. (Skewers not wings, salad was boxed with Spinach not romaine and no chicken as ordered, no fries, no sauces... you get the point). We then paid the server for our drinks snd began to leave. The manger stated "I'm sorry bros, just the party ya know?". Bros? I'm not your bro. I don't care about your party- the party is a you problem, not a me problem. At the very least you can treat me with respect when I am asking to pay for the check for what I had already consumed. I should also mention the little man manager who cannot speak English stated "I can't help with the bill, that reflects on me- pay it or I call the police." I'm a professional woman, with a career, an education and though I don't work in customer service I'm truly appalled. Zipps, you can do better. You have done better. This manager, the short, illiterate man who was the manager at 7:45pm on 5/17 is atrocious and shouldn't be employed let alone in a management position. I'll make darn sure none of my football family, dance family, friends, family will EVER enter any Zipps location again. As a well educated woman, who survived on server salary and eventually restaurant manager salary while attending school- I cannot put into words how atrocious this was. At one point the "manager" turned to nearby patrons around us and stated "yall hear this? They ain't gonna pay." I have never been so embarrassed, so disgusted with a human interaction in my entir

Okay...so, I did not want to patron this Zipp's bc of the horrible reviews, and while the hostesses were talkin' a whole mess of sh*t, it was a great experience. The food was fresh as hhhheeeeeellllllluh (I enjoyed the blueberry spinach salad and pretzel bites with beer cheese), the zipperitas were tight as was the service. Our server was zoomin around the room checking on everyone several times over. Never did we have to wait. Would come again, hoping for the same experience.

Went here on a Friday afternoon. Started with guac and salsa and chips. I have to say: this was probably the freshest, best guac I've ever had! And I know this may be a weird thing to rate but there bathrooms were spotless clean! My wife and I both noticed. Our server Andria was great! Very friendly and fast! Drinks were great and we split some fish and chips which were wonderful. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this spot and will be back!

Just wanted to give zipps some credit. Been coming here off and on for about 5 years. I will say I have had good and bad experiences here so I won't disagree with a lot of negative comments on here. I went there today about 1130 am to watch some early baseball and had a good time. It was busy so the severs were all running around. My server Michelle was checking on everyone in the place serving and clearing tables and doing great. Turkey rueben was good and ice tea tasted great. Everyone has different experiences but today was good. A plus for Michelle I will be back thanks .

Our go to when we do not want to wait and we just want some good wings. My family loves the golden medium sauce. I prefer the buffalo medium. The fries are good when they are hot. Request them hot otherwise they come cold. The huge diet cokes make me so happy. The zipparitas are a fan favorite.

Zipps use to be a great place to go but has gone downhill badly of late. When we arrived the fact that there were few patrons should have been our first warning but due to past history we chose to stay anyway. As the first two to arrive of a group of 8 we were told we could not be seated until the entire party arrived. Inquiring as to why we were offered a table for us and could add more as guests arrived. Now if Zipps was anywhere near busy I would have understood this policy but considering they were nowhere close to even being mildly busy this is strange and poor business practice. As our group of EIGHT did arrive in pairs we pulled together tables so we could be sit as one group. What we found strange is Zipps policy caused us to have 2 servers instead of one. The food was not bad but not what it use to be. Not sure if Zipps is buying poorer quality to offset prices or what but it showed. My chicken skewers were fine, pretty hard to screw those up. We also ordered the chicken focaccia which was butchered with minimal chicken and dried out bread. Not good. In conclusion Zipps is fine if you just want to go have a beer with friends as long as you arrive together but anything more, just not the place it use to be. I use to love Zipps and they had been a regular stop but with their refusal to allow parties to not be seated until all arrive during SLOW times we will not be back. There are plenty of other places that welcome us without playing games on seating. With businesses striving for customers now, I would have hoped for more. Good luck Zipps.

Nice roomy sports bar with great happy hour specials. No 5 star rating cause the food was what you would expect at a sports bar, nothing extra special. Staff are always friendly.
