I love the food and it's very reasonable prices. Tonight it was a little crazy and took longer than normal, no big deal, I expected it to take longer, but then the manager came out and told us he wouldn't charge us for the food! These guys are top notch. I ended up getting the sampler appetizer and loved it!

So after my gf and I order our medium steaks and received one well done and one medium well, we send hers back. No one likes a well done steak. It takes quite a while to get her steak back and her medium steak came back medium well. That's when my gf asked about her (upcharged) side salad. That arrives agyer my gf is done with her steak. And there was a separate charge for the 2nd steak. We talked to Jared and he squared some of it away, but we're not going back there for steaks.

Great food with great prices

First time dining at Cheddar’s and it was a great experience, thanks to our waitress Nancy. She was amazing, funny, attentive, clearly talented, and genuinely great at what she does. She made us feel welcome and taken care of the entire time. Because of her, we’ll definitely be coming back. Give Nancy her flowers as well as our host for greeting us with a warm welcome.

We had an excellent dining experience at the Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen location in Goodyear the day before Thanksgiving.

Our server, Andrew, was truly outstanding. From the moment we were seated, he was pleasant, happy, and genuinely attentive. Andrew was helpful in providing clear answers to our menu questions and ensured we felt welcomed and unhurried, especially after we finished our appetizer. His service was impeccable and made the entire visit perfect.

The food was equally impressive. We began with the onion rings, which were easily the best we've ever had. For our main courses, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious 14-ounce juicy ribeye steak and the expertly prepared chicken fried chicken.

If you plan to visit this location, we highly recommend requesting Andrew—you are guaranteed a wonderful experience. Thank you, Cheddar's!

The prices were comparable, the food was wonderful. The service was fantastic. The only downside was the tabletop pay/order machines were not working. It was okay, our server was on it!

Were to start. We ordered our appetizers as soon as we sat down. 15 min later our appetizers arrive with our entrées. We didn't even get try them because they got cold while we were eating our hot and fresh entrée. We both ordered the chicken fried steak. Its is very delicious and we highly recommend it. Our drinks sat empty for most of our meal even though our server passed by and looked at them 4 times. I finally asked for a manager. He removed the appetizers and refilled our drinks. We skipped dessert.

Service was horrible but the manager made things right concerning the appetizers. Probably won't be back.

I wouldn’t expect too much from the ribeye steak but the chicken fried chicken and house salad I can recommend. service was quite unforgettable ;) no question I will be returning.
