I ordered my food online. I hate that I have to go in and get my food. The person who gave me my food was not talkative at all and inviting. The food looked old and the packaging was not great to keep the food crisp. The burger and fries were in a cardboard container and the fries were soggy once I got home. The cheese on the cheese fries appetizer was overly fried and dry.

My waitress was very attentive, but not annoying! The food was quick and wonderful! When I had leftovers, my waitress made sure that I had all of the containers that I needed. I will definitely return to this Chili's!!

We came here to celebrate my grandchild's kindergarten graduation. She got to choose where she wanted to eat, and she chose Chili's. We were greeted immediately by the host. Our server was very friendly and attentive! The manager also came by to check on us. Great experience from the beginning to the end!
