I accidentally ordered a tea from the wrong location, and the Barista at the front was kind and understanding, and decided to make me a new tea free of charge. Also, I bought a banana bread from them which was amazing. To the barista who took my order and the people reading this, thank you.
Drinks are either too sweet or too milky. I can’t seem to win. I used to love Dutch, but I've tried many times only to be disappointed. I appreciate the staff remaking drinks, but if I have to ask every time, I’d rather stop going.
This will always be my favorite location, genuinely no other can top it, I always get the most friendly experience from everyone who works there and I’m so glad to have made friends with most of them! Freedom helped me out this morning, I always love when we get a chance to chat. More businesses need to be inspired by this level of compassion and community, it makes for a better experience for everyone involved 😊
