This is my Dutch Bros. Always friendly. Although I with they would follow online orders to the exact. Always get my custom order wrong but I put instructions in the app exactly yet there is a certain shift that does not follow the order to exact. Other then that this place is amazing. -1 star for that shift that does not follow App orders to exact.
This entire crew is above and beyond! My mom and her coworkers are ER and Trauma hospital staff that I bring drinks to a few times a week and every time whether I can go straight up to the window or it’s slammed they take care of 10-20 drink orders for me and everything is always correct and the crew’s energy is always great! They know anyone that’s even close to a regulars names, they know my pups that I bring by and their names and they are just overall above and beyond...
Shoutout to Brisa for the incredible experience at this location. Her positive and enthusiastic attitude exemplifies the Dutch Bros culture far beyond the high bar of customer service the brand requires.
