So I do t know quite how to put this but whyyyy would you have the order bagel line away from the bagels . This change is plain stupid . It annoying to try to figure out your bagel choice and then run down and try remember your order . Dumbest thing ever . So backward . Please put it back to normal.

Eli, mgr. Was extremely helpful and considerate as I was flying out the next morning, I ordered a meal but forgot part of the order. I called later that day, and spoke with him. He made sure that it was ready when the shop opened at 6:00 am so I would have my meal for my flight. You know the cost of airport food and sometimes quality. He went above and beyond to assure I had exactly what I wanted for the 6 hours I was going to be in and out of airports. Eli, I appreciate you....

I've never been so delighted in an experience as I had at this location. I just moved to the area and Everytime I stop by weather it's for coffee, or food, everything is so fresh and delicious. The customer service recieved by Michael was beyond expectations. I'll deffinetly keep coming back. :)
