Love the open concept, enormous char grills with that scent of marinated chicken wafting away. Never been to one before and was pleasantly delighted. Staff was very accommodating of my questions too. Thank you!

I had a great experience at this El Pollo Loco location. The food was delicious and tasted fresh, just the way it should. Everything was prepared well, and you can tell they care about quality and consistency.

The store itself is super clean and well-maintained, which immediately made a good impression. Even the restrooms were very clean, which says a lot about how much attention they give to cleanliness and customer comfort.
