I ordered a pizza and wings to go. When I got home I opened up the box of wings and the wings were sitting in oil no sauce what so ever just plain dry wings no sauce at all! 😡 what a waste of time and money.

We ate there for the first time this weekend and had an excellent meal and excellent service! Our server was Asher, and he was so nice. Such a pleasure to talk with. The pizza and zucchini were phenomenal! The only drawback was the 3% credit card fee added on. It's a charge that the business owner should absorb or build into their prices. I own a small business and I never charge more for customers using cards. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Giant pizza used to be big. Now it feels like you just pay for the BIG BOX, they make the pizza smaller and smaller.

They are supposed to be open until 11:30 which is what their website says, me and my husband get there at 10:25, and they aren’t open, then we hear 2 girls yelling “we closed early we closed early!!” very loud and rudely, very unprofessional and embarrassing quite frankly.

My first time ever going to this place and my last. I ordered a16 inch pepperoni pizza, 6 hot wings and 12 lemon pepper dry rub wings, to go. The guy told me 20 minutes and I was on with that. After 20 minutes, I came back in, say at the bar, and 3 different times, 3 different people asked what I had ordered. The guy who originally took my order kept coming to me saying your order is almost ready. That was a lie. After an hour, I was done and asked for my money back. Once I did that, the guy in the kitchen, pulled a pizza from under the prep table and was barely going to put it in the oven. Instead of just refunding my money, the manager stated arguing with me about the time. I saw people dining in, order, get their food, some even got to go boxes and left, yet I still hadn't gotten my order. This place needs customer service training, especially the manager lady, and they need to treat each order as they come in, not take care of only their dine in customers. We'll never go to this place again. It's needs to be shut down.

We came in for graduation dinner, and happy they were open. The service was definitely poor. First, our orders were too confusing for the server, then she rang up each ticket to confirm, then took it back.

We still had no drinks. We ordered unsweet tea, but they said they have no sugar or sweetener. And the tea tasted old. She offered sweet tea, but a few of us are diabetic and can’t have it. Then three of our party was served food and drinks, and we were still waiting on drinks. We offered to go up and get it ourselves, and she snapped i got it.

I ordered a burger, medium well, but it was rare, almost raw. I took it up to ask them to cook it longer. The server acted like I was lying, and said I wanted it that way. She wanted to argue. I said I wanted medium well, not rare. The head cook said he will cook it longer. The burger was salty and still gross.

Then, we asked for napkins and silverware, which we never got. The rest of us received our salads, but still no utensils. I also ask for salt and ketchup. The girl came and dumped a bunch of ketchup packets on the table. My cousin also got the Parmesan and pepper flakes himself.

Then we sat and waited for the bill. My sister and I waited. The server saw my lil sister leave and said, “She didn’t pay!” My older sister said we have one bill, and I was waiting on mine still.

Sorry to say, awful experience and service. Pizza and salad was good, even fries. Too bad the servers ruin it for this establishment. It was a lot of money for bad service.

Had the worst experience here paying for my tab took forever because the point of sales system wasn’t working.

The pizza slices were pretty stale and the beers were extremely overpriced I paid $41 for two beers and two slices of pizza.

A twelve pack of Guinness is literally $20.

I don’t think I can come back to this Gus’s I should have gone to the 91st Ave location. ):
