This location has gone steadily downhill, and we will not be returning. Orders are consistently wrong, and most recently the chicken was old and hard, not fresh at all, and the Mac and cheese was inedible due to how old it was. There was also a hair in the macaroni. We threw out the majority of the food, only the mashed potatoes and biscuits were remotely fresh. For the prices they're asking it's not even close to worth it. 40 dollars for a few chicken tenders and sides that aren't even fresh?

I can’t explain how slow and inexperienced the ENTIRE crew over here was. I ordered a famous bowl and sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting until someone finally said there was a 3 min wait on my fries I ordered as well.

Ordered online, got there 10 mins after I got notification that my food was ready it was not. Got home was missing everything, but the chicken and some biscuits. I had even ordered extra biscuits. It's ridiculous we pay these prices for convenience.

Firstly I had to wait 10 minutes just to order no apologies for the wait either. Secondly the Apple Pay transaction apparently wasn’t working so I used my card and guess what I was charged twice. I wasn’t even getting food for myself and they were out of biscuits which they didn’t tell me until after I paid. Such an unorganized place I work in food and customer service so I always have an understanding but this was ridiculous actually horrible.

I ordered chicken strips for my aunt who is 78 years old. They were so tough. My dog wouldn't eat them will not be coming back.☹️?. We should be able to give 0s. Oh yeah got a chicken sandwich also and it was over cooked to.

I placed an order online, stated it was ready for pickup, and it was Not. Not only that, they did not have what I ordered which is understandable seeing that it was close to closing. But to see the workers chit chatting while I wait for my “Ready” food is unacceptable. I pray you guys get better.

Love KFC but this franchise is the absolute worst one you can find. Been here 3 times, first time didn't have chicken for their sandwiches. Next time no chicken tenders? Are you kidding me! And are they slow like watching paint dry.

3/7/24 Nuggets were day old & overcooked, no Ranch Dressing & Diet Pepsi was “watery” per the person at the window. Had to wait for the Diet to get fixed & I got Regular Pepsi instead.

It’s 11am on a Saturday. It’s supposed to be open. No one acknowledges at drive thru. I pull around and see people inside but I’m not even acknowledged again.Door is locked. No sign up at all. This location is pretty awful

Wow... never before have my wife and I experienced such blatant incompetence and utter disregard for customers.We pulled into the empty drive through line at 1 pm on a Sunday to simply order 2 chicken sandwiches... 45 minutes later after being asked to pull up and wait out front, my wife walked in, was ignored by the staff and finally had to point to the bag that contained our sandwiches (which had apparently had been sitting there for quite a while) and ask one of the many staff members who kept passing her by for them.The killing blow was when we arrived home with our cold chicken the sandwiches... they were nothing but a chicken tender or two slapped on a bun and overloaded with mayonnaise and pickles in an attempt to hide the fact that these should have been chicken breast sandwiches.45 minutes to wait for cold chicken strips slapped onto a soggy bun overloaded with unnecessary condiments?Worst service and food that we've possibly ever experienced.

They had no one in line because they had everyone pull up for their food. The person bringing the food has zero hustle. Just strolled out of the door to the car like I wasn’t waiting for a while for my food.Crispy chicken was super soggy and not good overall. The sides were good but portions were thin for how much they cost. The biscuits were not baked. Tried to show the dough from them in my photo but all 4 were still doughy. I’m surprised this place has even 2 stars on here (at the time I’m writing this). I would recommend going literally anywhere else.
