This location has gone steadily downhill, and we will not be returning. Orders are consistently wrong, and most recently the chicken was old and hard, not fresh at all, and the Mac and cheese was inedible due to how old it was. There was also a hair in the macaroni. We threw out the majority of the food, only the mashed potatoes and biscuits were remotely fresh. I can’t explain how slow and inexperienced the ENTIRE crew over here was. I ordered a famous bowl and sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting until someone finally said there was a 3 min wait on my fries I ordered as well.
