This may be a brand new McDonald's to the area and I have driven by it a few times. The kids and I stopped in tonight. The place may be all digital but the highlight of this place is one of the employees named Emily. Whoever is reading this. this location Emily is your star employee! She made the visit the food and the atmosphere amazing!
I legitimately do not understand why this McDonald's is rated so low. This is by far the best McDonald's in the area and I've been extremely happy with all my orders here. They listen when you want extra sauce and dont forget anything. The customer service is great as well.
It's fine. They are short handed as all McDonald's are. I was frustrated because I couldn't use my reward code (from doing a survey) at the kiosk. It's difficult to find staff to assist. Also the Grinch meal being sold out is frustrating. But the staff I did encounter was nice.
