Teia was great. You could tell that there was a lot of people in line, but she was calm and friendly to everybody. She even greeted me when I came in to the door. I could also see over-the-counter that she was delegating tasks pretty well to get through that line. Just thought you needed to know.

Went through the drive thru, amazing customer service from the order taker. Needs improvement on the delivery part, nearly forgot my drink and didnt put the sauce in the bag as I asked for. Food was the quality expected from McDonald's. All in all pretty good experience. Would go back for certain.

Why are the fries never crispy? I’ve gone to this location at least 5 separate times and the fries are always an unsalted soggy mess which is a shame because my hot and spicy McChickens are always on point and have a generous (but not gargantuan) amount of mayo like I like.
