Inconsistent. Our family eats vegetarian and that factors into our choice to eat heat. Sometimes full serving size, sometimes not enough. Sometimes plenty of sauce, sometimes not enough. Sometimes happy crew, sometimes surly. Have had issues with website.
We were there around 5 pm, day after Christmas and it wasn't too busy. We had the Japanese pan noodles with chicken, and it was awesome! Just the right amount of spicy heat for anyone. I think there's something on the menu for everyone. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Side note, the restroom was spotless, no joke. We will definitely go there again!

My cashier who took my order was extremely friendly. The place was not terrible but my zucchini garlic parm dish was cold and the pot stickers were nothing special. The sauce for the pot stickers was pretty sour. Cleanliness was not a passion inside the facility. I guess for a chain you get what you get sometimes.
