We came to Ono and Britney was happy and welcome us to Ono. Britney look happy and positive make us smile she took our order we decided for combo 42 love the Atmosphere great place to eat
I ordered online and did drive thru pickup. I received two orders of the Chicken and Beef instead of one and I didn’t receive my chicken katsu order. Called the store and got everything figured out for the next time I come in 😌 So glad they were able to fix this situation because I was not going to drive back when they were gonna close in 30 minutes and that’s the last thing I wanted to do.
Excellent Hawaiian food. Reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Access to extra sauces is a great touch. Always clean tables and floor. Gives you confidence to eat there. Would highly recommend. A+++
