Ono is one of my favorite Hawaiian bbq places. Food was was great! The only issue was Jennifer at the drive thru was not so kind. I asked questions about the menu she would answer me in a rude way like rushing me to place the order. At the window when I asked about what kind of hot sauce they had she kept saying huh like she didn’t understand what I was saying and her face expressions were not friendly.
Very good. Although we only had it once or twice. I would highly recommend it to anyone that has never tried. It would go there 10 times if I had the chance and the macaroni salad is exquisite
Like I mentioned before I do not like the kiosks I like to order for my person I like to understand what I'm getting and that question whether I'm getting it right your food is amazing customer service is amazing get rid of the kiosks
