This place is awesome! Food truck tucked away out west. The carne asada and adobada tacos are some of the best I've had in the Phoenix area.

Had asada and tripa tacos yesterday. They make their tortillasfresg. I asked for crispy tripas and they made them to my liking. We also ordered an asada caramel and it was delicious. Recommend them. Owner and staff are friendly.
