The place was mostly empty, but our food took a long time. Apparently there was a mix-up in the kitchen. Our food did come at some point, but it was warm, not hot. I had the Mongolian Beef and it had no spice, so all I could taste was the sugar. The service was fantastic. Big shout out to the front end.

What happened to this place! We had an online pick up order. We arrive to pick it up, they told us it was coming right out, however, we waited for 45 minutes. The employee, “PAV”, brought the food out, looked at us, and said “sorry” as he was walking off. We sat there for a second because we didn’t even know what to say. We called and spoke to the manager, “Marybeth.” She was apologetic and said that they would take off two entrées and remove the tip, but she must have forgot, because it never happened. Oh well, we won’t be going back here. There are too many options in the area with much better service and quality of food.

PF Chang’s never misses when it comes to food. However our server Nadine was amazing not only was she funny but she made my cousins birthday amazing and super interactive. If you stop at this location please request Nadine you won’t be disappointed!
