I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the level of customer service I received from Nadine. During our interaction, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and the response lacked the professionalism and attentiveness I expected.
Following this, I escalated the matter to a manager; however, no meaningful action or resolution was provided. This experience has unfortunately left me with a negative impression of the company’s commitment to customer care and accountability.
I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to ensure that future interactions reflect the high standards of service your organization strives to uphold.

Good Asian restaurant with a a lot of the possibilities for who loves this type of the chinese food. The sushi, Singapore noddles and the dessert are my personal suggest.

I needed an adjustment to my reservation 20 min before arrival (adding 4) & I believe it was Nicole who helped me & was very accommodating. We were able to sit our entire party with the original reservation time as well. The service was great and received our food correctly & timely especially with a big party. The dinner specials had a lot of great options which included a starter (soup , salad or spring rolls) + entree starting at $16.99. It's very affordable for good food & nice ambiance. We will definitely be back for another big family dinner.

Walnut shrimp with melon and orange chicken were removed from the menu. Those were our favorite dishes. 😭

The place was mostly empty, but our food took a long time. Apparently there was a mix-up in the kitchen. Our food did come at some point, but it was warm, not hot. I had the Mongolian Beef and it had no spice, so all I could taste was the sugar. The service was fantastic. Big shout out to the front end.

What happened to this place! We had an online pick up order. We arrive to pick it up, they told us it was coming right out, however, we waited for 45 minutes. The employee, “PAV”, brought the food out, looked at us, and said “sorry” as he was walking off. We sat there for a second because we didn’t even know what to say. We called and spoke to the manager, “Marybeth.” She was apologetic and said that they would take off two entrées and remove the tip, but she must have forgot, because it never happened. Oh well, we won’t be going back here. There are too many options in the area with much better service and quality of food.
