This is my go-to Panda Express, but when I go during the afternoon on weekdays, I’m met with poor customer service. Specifically, with Lucy, a supervisor. She greets other customers when they come in, but not me, which she did again today. She gave me an attitude today after putting a scant amount of orange chicken in my kid’s meal, stating “this is enough for a kid.” I’m a paying customer, no matter my age, so I don’t think it’s a crime to ask for the standard amount...
Anyone who has been to a panda express should know what to expect. Good was pretty good, good portion sizes. This is Asian food made for a wide variety of people, so it will get you full and taste pretty good, but this is not gourmet. Worked well for what we needed. Got takeout shortly before closing so they were out of a few things, but had enough of the basics to make the meal work.
Got there after lunch by an hour and case was not restocked. Dregs in several and out of alot. Wife had them make a dish and after almost 15 minutes asked for her meal to eat with me until her new entrée was done.
