First timers. Had a half sandwich, husband had a full sandwich. Both were delish. We ordered cookies as we were leaving. Not impressed, average taste, not worth the price.

I went here for early lunch a little after 11 am on a Friday, just to the drive through since I had my baby and toddler with me. I ordered a grain bowl, small Mac and cheese and a kids meal and there was one car in front of me. When it’s my turn to get my food they ask me to pull around to the parking spot because it’s not ready yet. Ok fine no big deal. However I then watched as SIX CARS behind me all got their food and left before mine was brought out to me. It’s not like I ordered a bunch of food … disappointing and I probably won’t go through the drive through again
Was terrible, they mixed my soup together and ruined my meal. Paid $20 for something I can’t eat. Lady was rude

Very bad service, they deliver whatever they want, and if you tell them something, they show their face, as if they were giving you things for free, I came on April 10 at night, so they could give them a customer service course. staff on that shift.

Just rolled out an “enhanced” menu. The portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. The chicken chipotle avocado melt lost flavor! Two pick two meals for almost $30 bucks and hardly any food. Sandwiched are mostly bread now. Horrible that they seem to be going down so bad!

Listen I’ve been a barista when the espresso machine went down and have worked in a paint store where the mixer has gone down. But when things are down, call someone and fix it! I told them the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and they said it’s been down for days. That’s not a cool at a place that advertises free Wi-Fi. Not to mention they got rid of broccoli Mac and cheese and cold brew ? as far I’m concerned you guys owe me an adderall. What a waste

Never again. First because you got rid of the Napa Chicken salad sandwich. So I tried your NEW BLT sandwich. Where's the Bacon?? Wish I could post a pic.
Was not really happy with value to portion size. Food was not really anything special for the price they charge. More bread to fill you up more than fillings. Staff were nice but I'd keep driving to another option given the choice.Dining hall was dirty even though people were not really inside. Trash under booths. Definitely needs some TLC

We go to Panera at least once per week and sometimes twice. Occasionally we run across a problem with the Cream of Wild Rice soup. One of our pet pives is watered down soup. Prices are getting significantly higher, so watered down soup is very frustrating. It's supposed to be a Cream based soup not water broth like a chicken noodle would be. Hopefully this won't happen again as I will go directly to Management!

What is wrong with this place, this is Panera this is high end food , I had a Daughter working for this organization years ago and this had Great food . Know you have people that do not care how food looks after they make it and it is not Cheep .This place should Close or Change out All the Staff , workers that have people skills and care about what they are putting outCome on Panera Step Up .You see all the Negative Post but nothing from Management ? WHY ???
