Customer service was 100% today and who made it special, Tori (Vittoria D.)when I say 100% I had a Meet & Greet at Panera Bread this morning, and Tori was the only one who assisted me in ordering for attendees by making suggestions for the group, came over and made sure I, along with other guest had what we needed, and brought out bags for left overs. So expensive....change to Sip Club is unwelcome!
I had an outstanding experience at Panera Bread in Goodyear, Arizona thanks to Emirlee! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that made my day. I asked for a fresh bagel, and instead of just grabbing one from the empty display case, she happily made sure I got one that was fresh and exactly what I wanted.
