Received my order through DoorDash delivery. Pizza was cold and looked like cardboard. I ordered the New Yorker. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She was great professional, pleasant, very accommodating. She offered to remake the pizza and have it delivered. I told her I would pick it up to make sure it was hot. Arrived at the store, she was very apologetic about the pizza quality I received.. Pizza was ready when I arrived and it looked beautiful. Great quality and was very pleased. I would definitely go back to this location because of the manager and her positive attitude about wanting to make sure I received a great quality pizza. She personally made the pizza and asked me to look at it before I left and it was beautiful. Great leadership and I appreciated it.

This location has gone to hell. Service is awful, no one knows how to equate time. Some how 5 minutes equates to 30 minutes plus.? Dave the manager is a complete incompetent moron. Yelling at his crew in the back constantly while stomping around like an insane mental patient. Who has tendencies of belittling his crew out front in conversation with the customers. When Door Dashers ask about their orders he gets all upset and threatens to kick them out of this location. It’s apparent that he is not equipped nor mentally capable of handling his job / duties as manager. The guy should be reprimanded, retrained or replaced. His presence makes this location vey unpleasant for all who enter.Go else where, keep your day/night pleasant.

2/24/24- Placed an order online, said it would be ready at 6:30p. Arrived at 6:30p. Left about 7:10p. Listening to the manager on duty last night 2 people called out leaving them short staffed. Waited patiently, along with about 8 other people. Not one customer complained about the wait. The manager was very rude to his staff, yelling at them to get pizzas done. Mind you he was screaming his head off. A customer told him that is no way to speak to his employees or they would probably walk out on him. The managers response was “she’s on her last straw, I dont care if she walks out”. Very very poor service from the manager last night. Thank you to the rest of the staff for working as fast as you can to get orders out!

This is the second time I've had a similar experience recently at this location. I ordered directly on the Pizza Hut app (not door dash) and drove to the store to pick it up. At the time I ordered the app said 15 minutes, when I left my house the app said my order was ready. I waited over 30 minutes in the store for my order. This location has 3 chairs and they were all taken by door dash drivers. The manager never once made an appearance, just kept sending an associate out who was obviously hating her job. Shut off your door dash orders if you can't handle your regular customers. I'll be taking my business to other establishments in the future.

Ordered delivery from this location. When it got delivered the pizza was shoved into one corner of the box and all the toppings had slid off. When we called to try to get a new pizza we got the busy sound and no one answered after we called 4 times. The pizza also ended up being cold when we live down the road from the location! ?

I felt sorry for the worker here. He complained that the system worked strangely with the coupon I used. He had to manually correct the error and it changed his work time. Sounds like Pizza Hut tracks how long it takes them to make a pizza. It's sad how big corporations view their employees as machines and not the humans they are. Stressing this employee out for 5mins of time that the coupon removes.

I have visited this Pizza Hut location dozens of times in the last few years. It has and is always a very pleasant experience. The pizza is always delicious, in fact Pizza Hut is our favorite. The manager on duty is usually Whitney, and today, 31 December 2023, she was on duty along with at least one other worker. They were pleasant and courteous and smiling and very professional. As always, my usual order of 2 large pan pepperoni pizzas were ready and hot in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't wait to get home and indulge in my favorite yummy with my wife of 41 years. We just love Pizza Hut, especially this location of 1557 @ Roosevelt Rd, in Goodyear, AZ. Please promote and/or reward these employees. I value their work and their demeanor. Thank you very much for allowing me to comment. My experience is always outstanding when I get my delicious pizza from this Pizza Hut at this location.Very Sincerely,Eddie Walker, Jr.
Disappointed at best with the delivery. After an hour of waiting, I check outside and the delivery driver is just sitting in his car playing on his phone. Didn’t knock, didn’t even get out of his car to give me my delivery!! After I took my order from through his CAR WINDOW, I told him “the app says it’s still in the oven.” Nothing. He didn’t say a word. I’m so upset to receive cold food when I live only 1.4 miles from the location. From such a lazy delivery driver.

Pizza was delivered cold and obviously dropped a few times. It was just a ball of mess. Additionally, I asked for contact less, dont ring the bell, and leave it next to the door. Instead, the delivery person rang the bell and caused havoc with my dogs.

I ordered one of the new pizza melts and it was absolutely disgusting, the lady told me it was like getting a big pizza, but it was actually four pieces of a regular pizza folded in half. It was over cooked. It was hard to eat, if Pizza Hut was closer to my house, I would’ve just taken it back. I do not recommend you buy that you can just buy a regular pizza folded in half and get more. I’ve always loved pizza hut at Swan of my favorite pizzas, but very very disappointing on their new pizza melts not worth the money?.. You can see from the picture it’s very tiny, and you only get two of them, I’m only 5’4” and have tiny hands
