This is the second time I've had a similar experience recently at this location. I ordered directly on the Pizza Hut app (not door dash) and drove to the store to pick it up. At the time I ordered the app said 15 minutes, when I left my house the app said my order was ready. I waited over 30 minutes in the store for my order. I felt sorry for the worker here. He complained that the system worked strangely with the coupon I used. He had to manually correct the error and it changed his work time. Sounds like Pizza Hut tracks how long it takes them to make a pizza. It's sad how big corporations view their employees as machines and not the humans they are. Stressing this employee out for 5mins of time that the coupon removes.
