My 5 star review is for the guy that handed out the food. I didn’t catch his name, but I did hear him greet and thank every customer. I don’t hear much of that kind of appreciation anymore.
Was here for my typical order of fish and chips but met with incompetence.
Been here more than 5x and the last 3 have been mediocre as far as service. Plus the last 2 prior to this, the young lady with runny makeup was a bit rude.
Unfortunately this was my post workout meal so I was hangry and surprise surprise when I got home, it wasn't fish and chips.
This will probably the last time I will go to Rubio's especially...

We went this weekend for fish tacos and the fish and chips plate and were surprised by the improved qualify of its fish, it was fresh, lightly breaded and the bread was light and golden, I think this made up for a better flavor in our tacos 🌮❤️🥰 my kid had the fish and chips plate and he is very picky. Had the fish would have been slightly burnt he would not have eaten it, however it was just golden perfect and the churros ❤️...
