Not a regular thing but on the occasions it has always been prompt and pleasant. Quality ingredients and I haven't noticed a change in the portions, so that's a plus these days.
I am a big fan of this restaurant. With that being said, I have to say that they seem severely understaffed or hire terrible employees. During the week, they seem to be more competent, but, on the weekends, it's like they have volunteers from the local middle school in charge. It's just ridiculous. The management at all levels should be held accountable.

Omg! Yes. I stayed away for a while due to the salad choices and not having time to create my own order. But create your own if you don't fancy their stock selections. They were friendly and great attention the window.
