The customer service and food is always perfect when I go. I’ve interacted with Jave a few times and they are always very sweet. They make the atmosphere very welcome. I have a tough name so I think it’s they do their best to pronounce it correctly.
Not a regular thing but on the occasions it has always been prompt and pleasant. Quality ingredients and I haven't noticed a change in the portions, so that's a plus these days.
I am a big fan of this restaurant. With that being said, I have to say that they seem severely understaffed or hire terrible employees. During the week, they seem to be more competent, but, on the weekends, it's like they have volunteers from the local middle school in charge. It's just ridiculous. The management at all levels should be held accountable.
I waited at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru land after I placed an order on the app 8 minutes...
