Came in tonight for the first time, ordered for my son and I, ate and went back to do a to go order for my husband, second time around customer service was horrible. The girl at the register charged me for a meal when I specifically said chicken sandwhich, no big deal I just left it alone. I ordered a dessert, she gives me my to go bag with no dessert jar, I ask her for my dessert and she walks off handing out other customers food. I then go to the counter, she grabs the dessert...
Best fried chicken ever; quality chicken you can taste the difference. Several chicken options from chicken n waffles, wings and tender as well as a sandwich. The sauce game is off the hook many to choose from. They put Canes and Chick Filet in their pockets. I even told my wife I do t consider this as fast food. The cashier forgot to ring one of my items and forgot to give me the Delicious Cheesecake but the got it sorted out and gave my the combo they forgot to ring for free....
A must try we ordered 2 Mac and cheese kids meals $11.98 the 6 wing meal fries and buttery toast $13.69, I got the 3 chicken strips and 3 wings 13.69 and a side of crispy fried okra and fried mushrooms $5.89 each. I really wanted the sweet tea but they were out of it our wait time to order was maybe 10 minutes they only had 1 cashier so I took some time our food was brought out in less than 10 minutes. The kids Mac and cheese I wish the portion was a little bit larger my grandson...
