White Castle Reviews
Soggy buns, filthy tables... when the best part of the meal is the icee, that's pretty sad and extremely disappointing.
I don't really see what all the hype is about?! Went into the store to order no one noticed me standing at the counter for about 5 to 6 minutes they were too busy doing other things. Sliders weren't anything to write home about.
Terrible and rude customer service. The oldest employee working there—who appeared to be the manager or in a leadership rolewas completely rude and acted bothered when I came to pick up my order. He didn't even greet me and had none of the drinks ready. In fact, if he hadn't asked me what the drinks wereeven though it was right on the receipthe wouldn't have spoken a single word to me. I was nicer to him than he was to me, and he just handed over the food in total silence....read full review

White Castle is a nostalgic favorite, serving up classic little square burgers with 4 holes and sautéed onions on a steamed bun. The restaurant has a good location and friendly staff, creating a welcoming spot for customers. While the taste remains unchanged, prices have increased over the years. Despite some issues with the drive-thru design, customer service is praised. The burgers may not taste as they once did, but White Castle continues to be a beloved destination for many.
The staff is polite and quick to assist customers, maintaining high standards of cleanliness while preparing food. Some customers have expressed frustration with the AI screen, preferring the traditional way of ordering. The food is often described as nostalgic, with sliders being a favorite. However, some reviews mention that the quality can vary, with one customer noting an overcooked beef patty. Overall, White Castle remains a cherished spot, offering a classic and comforting dining experience that many enjoy.
