Many many bad experiences - to their unreliable hours, to not having items in stock. I just tried calling the store to discuss a mobile order that was wrong. The man on the phone kept making excuses on why the store has been horrible the last 2 weeks (Covid cases in the store which I understand) but it’s been like this for months. The young man at the counter was more interested in his conversation with a friend off to the side than waiting on us. He did it to another customer as well. Even as he took our order he kept talking to his friend. This isn’t the only Starbucks around, here is a Dutch bros in the parking lot
