Love the food, drinks and people.
The staff act like they hate their life and it makes the experience bad. Not welcoming at all, we are greeted in monotone and when the guy handed me my drink he just stared with a blank face… I’ve never been in any drive thru where the window person did not speak a single word. There’s only one nice worker I’ve encountered and she usually works afternoons. But at least say hello and thank you?? Kindness is free. . .
How is this the only Dunkin in all of Goodyear? We stayed 30 minutes away in Goodyear and any time we drove to the other side of Goodyear I stopped for Dunkin.
Great service. Drive thru was super fast even with a line of cars ordering in front of us with a mobil order. Coffee was made exactly as ordered. No issues.

Dunkin' offers friendly and efficient service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They serve high-quality drinks, such as expertly made Americanos, and delicious donuts, including fun seasonal treats. The restaurant also provides a nice selection of vegetarian options. Customers appreciate the good coffee and breakfast items, with many noting that the service has improved over time. Despite occasional issues like long wait times during busy periods, the staff generally does a good job keeping things moving and providing friendly service. The location is known for its friendly team, tasty drinks, and enjoyable atmosphere.
The lobby could use some cleaning, but the staff remains friendly. Restrooms are for customers only, which some find disappointing. While mobile ordering is convenient, in-store orders can be hit or miss, with occasional mix-ups. Customers note that the busiest times, such as mornings, can lead to longer wait times and a packed environment. Overall, this Dunkin' location provides a satisfying experience for those seeking quality coffee and donuts.
