They call us in to wait for our table one of the assistants manager told us we were in the way for the service people coming in and out the kitchen with attitude them the waitress we got same she was on a bad move in the beginning
I went to Texas Roadhouse with my family tonight. Overall it was a pretty decent experience but I have a couple of criticisms to share that I think if they were addressed could improve the experience for everyone. My main concern is the lack of focus and attention when it comes to the baked potatoes. I remember coming to Texas Roadhouse before, since then I have noticed a lack of care towards the cooking of the baked potatoes. It has gone from perfectly cooked every time, to undercooked...
I would leave a 5-star but I dislike when you give me an option to tip when no tip is earned??
I choose to pickup/take out and I drive to restaurant and get out of my vehicle to get my food.
Why should I even think or get asked to tip your staff??
