Food and service are good most days. Prices have gone up in the last 7 months. About a $2 increase all around. Staff is always hit or miss. Owners seem like they’re helicopter managers. Recommended tip on the bill is being calculated post tax and not off the sub-total…that equated to another $2 difference they’re trying to skim off you…. What happened to this place? The baked rolls are mushy and fall apart by sticking to the foil so you can’t pick the pieces. The fresh rolls are too cold and unbalanced in flavor and lacking vinegar. This used to be so much better a year ago. The noodles were just fine but the sushi was lacking in good flavor balance overall with the aforementioned quality usted.
