We love Wendys food but the service at this location sucks! They’re always so rude. From getting the orders wrong, not listening to what you order, being mad when they had you your food out change. I just got food there now and the drive through lady seriously did the whats up nod when she asked what else I wanted as in ketchup and such. I always tell myself I’m never going back there because of the service but have to because it’s the closest to us. Very poor customer service.
My drive thru order was messed up and part of our order was forgotten. I tried to call, but no one picks up the phone!
Wendy is a cut above MacDonals and Burger King. I really like their breakfast sandwiches, I do not like their breakfast potatoes...so I substitute the oatmeal bar and get it heated up, its great. Wendy’s hamburgers are fresher as advertised. Their salads are good also. I love it when they have one of the drink machines that you can get so many varieties. This Wendy’s has the new diet cokes. I am not a robot, I am a real person!
