We arrived early, around 9:45 a.m. Walking up to the store front I noticed an already overflowing garbage can outside the doors. We Ordered our food and waited about 20 min before receiving it, which is ok, but it was us... and two other people in the restaurant. Went to the men's restroom and it was disgusting. Already frustrated, I took pictures and walked back to my table. I really hate to post bad reviews and won't post the pictures but I somehow feel this is necessary.
Our experience was great. A few other customers had some issues with their orders. We were here a few days prior & there was management all over. Yesterday not so much. The cleanliness of the restaurant, including the men's bathroom was not the same as the previous visit. In the restaurant business you should always do the right thing...not just when the big whigs are there. A mop bucket should not be left in the dining room to view for your entire dining experience....
My first Job moving to Phoenix many many years ago, was Whataburger, has been my favorite burger since. This new place was good, but would have given it 5 stars if it hadn't have been a little over cooked so a little dry. Love Whataburger though!
