Being from the Midwest white castles were always the same steamed burgers with onions. This location was just awful! I BOUGHT 8 cheeseburgers all of which were over cooked no onions and hard to even chew! The fries and onion rings were no better cold and hard. Just 😖!

Went there today for first time, don't go !! Place is dirty , service is slow and the employees are lazy and not tending to the customers, food was not good , the fries were old and overcooked, burgers were soggy and the sodas were flat , not happy I spent 30$ for this crap today , never again !!

First impression is the best and mine was not. I had to go in because 2 cars went pass me placing they order with Julia the AI while I sit more than 2 mins to say I have a pickup order. If people are ordering through a Bot what is the person with headsets doing it's taking more than 2 mins to come in when there's barely anyone in line. I decided to go in and when I get in the dining area it's soooooo naaaaasty. If someone wanted to dine in you'd change your mind quickly. Then I had to wait to say I got a pickup order the whole staff look like they didn't want to be at work. I wish I'd paid attention pushing for time get halfway up the street reached in my bag and the tots look and taste old and I do mean old wasn't the slightest bit of warmness to them sliders either.

I ordered the Beef Sliders but they gave me those horrible slider Burgers. Worst I have ever had and I will never eat anything from that Place again. Yuck

Had high hopes. Not sure what all the hype is about this is by far the most disgusting thing that anyone has ever tried to pass off as food. The bottom buns were completely wet. The bread was a wet and gloopy mess. The substance between the buns was unrecognizable, but was certainly not meat. The service lacked as well. You order via a computer generated screen with prompts telling you how to talk to the computer. Even though the employees don’t have to take your order it’s obviously too much for them to ask if you want ketchup or to include napkins with a drive through order.
