I would not recommend this location. The customer service was lacking to say the least. They were not greeting customers with a smile or warmth, the music played was not universal or client friendly. Ordered the shrimp and they were as hard as a brick! I asked to have a new order. She (the only person in there that had any type of kind, customer service) said she'd pull them before the timer. While waiting, I asked another employee since she was next to the condiments if I could please get some mustard. She told me to hold on. She finished looking at the screens, walked away to the other side. Grabbed an order and gave it to another customer and then handed me a couple of packets. No warmth, care, smile... nothing. I finally got the shrimp. I went to bite into it and all I could smell was old oil!! Also, they were out of ice. Because of their demeanor, we nor a couple of other customers told them. Total waste of money. The castles were, okay, but it was indeed a lackluster experience.

Staff faced challenges in delivering efficiently. Given the absence of other customers at the time, it have been beneficial for the staff to proactively take our order. Regrettably, the visit was not a productive use of our time and fell short of expectations.

This place is all hype. Food is not great. 15 dollars for 4 burgers and panko fish. The food is worth about 5 bucks at best. There is barely any meat it most bun. First and last time I go here

Cravers love this stuff! This white castle not only had tablecloths and paper menus, but they also added draperies to all of the windows. That made the place look more cozy. Food came fast and warm. I would definitely do it again.

Long wait in the drive thru & I was the only car in it! Cheeseburgers were not hot, in fact, the cheese wasn't even melted! Burgers & buns we're both dry. White Castle in Minnesota serves much better food.
This was literally the worst AI I have ever seen and I am in the AI business. I was ready to drive away after 5 minutes of repeating myself. The cashier that I drove up to #134 was the most unpleasant human I’ve seen replace an AI agent. After driving away I felt like the AI was the better experience. 😂 Fries were the best think in the bag by a mile.

After going to all elite wrestling here in Phoenix Arizona for their pay-per-view they advertised White Castle I decided to finally give it a try. I got the AEW bacon brawl meal. Overall not to bad for a little late night snacking. Definitely not the best but I'd say the combination of the bacon with grilled cheese and onions made it pretty darn good.

I just went there an hour ago. I went inside to order . The order taker was nice, but the cook was thrown for a loop when I asked if I could get extra crispy bacon, and she said she couldn't make it crispy unless she deep fried it. I said ok. When our order was ready, it was another gal, I asked her if I could get some marinara for the Mozzarella sticks and some catchup and she acted annoyed and threw them at me. I will not be going back.
