Let me be clear. It's not as good as what you find on the East Coast. Regardless, it is BY FAR the best thing the entire valley has to offer for chinese cuisine. The food is super good always. Everyone there is always so rude though. Also they’re so weird about giving you hot sauce. Went to pick up a takeout order and I asked for sriracha and the lady that was there was like, “ we don’t have any, “ as I’m staring at 3 bottles in the fridge. I then asked okay can I put some on my food then ? And she seemed super annoyed and said they only had chili oil.
I hate to give 3 stars to a restaurant that should have 5 stars. But sometimes you can't unsee what you see. And we saw a cook coming in from outside smoking a cigarette and returned to preparing food without washing his hands. This is a big turn off as well as unclean. You simply cannot be preparing food for the public and not have poor hygiene or not practice proper sanitary protocol. Aside from this, their food is fresh and tasty and always very good.
