It was an incredible experience from the staff who outfitted us with perfectly-sized bikes, gave us a quick tutorial on bike operation, and recommended options for our half-day on the bikes. We opted for the Hermit’s Rest ride (21 miles roundtrip and mostly flat) and it was PERFECT for a five-hour rental.
