Having your employees trained to ask someome what they want when they are only halfway in the restaurant is crazy. Also training them like they are on a game show racing to serve the fastest is also CRAZY. Let your employees take their time and serve like a normal person. I didn't like feeling rushed when there was no line. The lady kept serving like if she didnt do it fast enough she would get fired. Treat your employees better and the customers will feel the difference.

Out of all the Chipotles I’ve been to in the Tucson area, this one stands out. The staff are friendly and nice, they’re extremely attentive to their customer base and never “skimp” on portioning. I’ve been to all of the Chipotles in Tucson and this one is easily the best. Whoever is the manager/managing director needs to have other chipotle managers come and see how this one is run; it’s easily the staple and most well-managed...

I always order burrito bowl because of gluten sensitivity. The rest of the ingredients is typically gluten free. Huge servings i split in two meals . Fairly healthy filling comfort food . Most restaurants are consistent. Ive never cared for the atmosphere at any chipotles restaurant. Very industrial , noisy ,and ac too cold . This particular location has patio dining which was okay . I like their food and simple menu options.
