I just had the pleasure of seeing the manager at chipotle Nogales deal with a customer
lady came in after ordering a chicken bowl , she felt that she was given the al pastor chicken , the counter girl explained to the lady that she was given the "normal " chicken but that it did come with Adobo so a little spice and offer option of which meat did not have spices , lady asked to have her chicken replaced with another meat and the counter girl said, no , we will make you a fresh...read full review

My first time in any Chipotle and the food and service was AMAZING! We had a steak burrito, a honey chicken bowl, chips, salsa and queso blanco dip. Everything was tasty amd HUGE. Even better was the service. Violet and Nathaly were great helping us navigate the menu and made great suggestions. And Violet, the hot salsa was not bad at all. Keep up the good work.

Chipotle Mexican Grill provides consistently good food and service. The courteous staff at this beautiful facility ensure a pleasant dining experience. Although prices may be steep, the quality of food makes it worth the visit. Some minor issues with cleanliness have been noted, but the staff's friendliness and attention to detail, such as hand-written notes on orders, make up for it. Despite occasional minor hiccups, Chipotle remains a great choice for a satisfying meal.
