I was kept waiting in the lobby AT THE REGISTER for over 10 minutes without a word spoken to me, and when someone finally spoke it was to tell me I had to wait longer. The manager then came and locked the doors to keep more people from coming in. I left without ordering. They are very clearly understaffed, and care more about tending the drive through than the lobby

Bathrooms only for paying customers! So fine, if you charge your Tesla you have to buy, say, one of the small Cokes for $3 just to use the dirty bathrooms with no paper towels. Pretty bad.

I tried eating there twice in the past week but I guess they are too busy talking to the other employees to listen to my order. Had to repeat myself 3 times. I ended up just leaving... I've eaten there before but don't care to go back.

Burger King, Holbrook, must count on travelers on I-40 ordering from the drive through. Our whopper and spicy wrap were a mess; nothing that could be eaten while driving. The food was such a dripping mess. We should have known when the person taking the order couldn't stop laughing to get the order correct. Someone else had to take over to finish the order. When we pulled up to the window, the servers were standing on the counter. This was July 6 @ 2:51.

Drive thru order, then arrived at the hotel and then the!!:o (The Bun was totally burned from the inside... totally tired of the long drive and it was already so around 21:15 pm I ate the Whopper without Bun and left my husband, my Whopper jr.... really now now greeting to the kitchen you would eat something like that yourself? If so, please take it home for yourself next time and do not give it to the guests, because they rely on reasonable goods!
Stopped by to charge my Tesla at the convenient chargers. Went inside, used the restroom and got a whopper meal. 30 minutes later, my car and I are charged and ready to continue.

I live in Snowflake, 30 minutes south of this restaurant. Compared to all the burger kings within 30 minutes around me, this burger king is worth the extra drive. Food is always hot and fresh. My order is never missing anything, and the orders are accurate, like extra pickles on my whopper. Great job, please don't change. This restaurant is worth the stop on any traveling on the I-40 across Arizona.
Parking: There are several Tesla charging stations here.
