The store manager last name Kathalena was so nice and helpful and great vibes and a great manager and she made sure my order was ready for me. Also help me with getting my referrals on my two drinks. The other employees are very nice and make sure you have everything and the store is clean as well.

The food was good but the service was undesirable. We were only allowed 3 napkins, 1 for each person. We went in with my service dog and the lady at the counter said we don't allow dogs in here instead of asking if he was a service dog. We felt they didn't want us in their restaurant because we look Anglo. We are in fact native/spanish. We won't return as the prices were almost $50 for 3 burgers two fries and a fried zucchini...no drinks. Sad that the service we normally are used to at Carl's Jr. no longer exists.

On a road trip home and stopped for a late lunch. I ordered a double guacamole burger and my boyfriend ordered the double jalapeño burger. His burger was so small — I thought they gave him a kids burger. Both of our burgers tasted like they were made with frozen burger patties that were paper thin.
The buns were dried out and falling apart. While the employees were kind and got our order correct —- they should be talking to the owner or corporate office about providing better quality food.

They tried to serve me cold food on a thirty dollar order. It's bad enough this place is on the pricey side so to me cold food was out of the question. The Staff was rude and got an attitude when I requested hot food. The sense of entitlement in this empty place was real.

We stopped here on our way to an overnight stay. Place was very clean, the burgers were delicious! And the fried zuccini was really good, tho a bit too greasy for me. Nice and hot and flavorful, though. It was interesting to read the history of how the place started. Very friendly staff and food was cooked in a timely manner. Enjoyed very much and would reccomend if you are in the area. We had a small pup with us and ate outside at one of the tables. Nice to get the fresh air and sunshine!
Fantastic service October 6th we had Catalina she was pleasant my family and I felt welcomed greeted us as soon as we walked in not very many fast food chains do that nowadays she was informative about the app which has great deals right away we will definitely be back the food was hot fresh and fries to perfection and the bathrooms were clean!! She even checked on my family and I during our dine in which again not very popular in fast-food! We love this carls junior location. Thankyou for a wonderful fast delicious hot dinner.

We stopped here on the way out of the area. Plenty of parking for our RV. Breakfast Burrito and toast sticks were very good. Arches next door was very busy, but they weren't getting as good as Breakfast as Carl's Jr makes
