Waited ten minutes in the drive through waiting to pick up a mobile order, and the line didn't move. I went inside finally, and was ignored for another ten minutes before someone finally talked to me. Even though my food should have been ready ten minutes before, they hadn't even started it. It took another five minutes for a total of 30 minutes for this "fast food."

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries online, when I received it then bun was burnt and the fries were raw. Took it right back in and threw it away. I let both employees know about the quality and got no response at all. Extremely unprofessional.

I had such great service tonight, so I thought I'd review this place, because Kathalena and Wallace were very accommodating with me, professional, yet friendly and made me happier than when I came in, dragging myself from the road trip! Seldom, do fast food workers even look at you, but these two had uplifting spirits and attitudes that changed the atmosphere to welcoming and upbeat! They really connected with me, as an older person, who was tired and am now feeling a renewed energy that wore off onto me! Thanks to you both for the great "pick-me-up and delicious food with great service!

Outside of the store looks run down. Food quality seems to get worse every year. Smaller portions at a higher price don't give enough value for the quality of the food.
