Personally would not eat here again. First of all when we arrived we waited around 10 mins to be served despite there only being one other customer in the restaurant. When we finally got served, we ordered a large pizza, small pizza and a side of fries, it came to $40. Our large pizza came out completely wrong, the gentleman who served us was absolutely lovely, apologised and offered to make a new pizza. Great! Until it came out as a small 6” pizza….. and we also never received our side of fries. So we literally paid $40 for 2 personal pan 6” pizzas. We couldn’t be bothered waiting around for yet another pizza, so we just left. Very annoyed as we were absolutely starving. I give 2 stars for service for the man who served us as he was lovely and it wasn’t his fault at all. Very unfortunate experience here.

Pizza Hut in Holbrooke was very convenient on our trip home since we were going through Holbrooke and it was right on the route. I think Pizza Hut was having a bad day on Friday 9/5. We placed our order for 2 personal pan pizzas - Pepperoni Lovers an a Coke each. We went to get the drinks and the ice machine was not working. The clerk came over and said that someone had forgotten to turn on the icemaker. The soda? We took the soda from the coke tap but it was Cherry Coke. The clerk said that they must have gotten the bags soda syrups mixed up. The pizza? We had ordered 2 personal pan pizza - Pepperoni lovers. We got a meat lovers pizza (and I hate sausage.....) On the good side, it was clean, but I doubt that we will stop there again.

Food was fresh and hot. The two workers that we interacted with were polite, kind and helpful. Strongly recommend. We rated the atmosphere a 4 because the same arcade music played over and over.

Always get good Service here. Even if it's not a fault of their own. Ordered a pizza online and it did say pepperoni large. But when the order got to the store for some reason it said cheese. The guy there his name is Johnathan was Great! He made sure we got the right pizza even when they had 6 minutes to close. So I really appreciate the guy! All in all, I never have a bad experience at this store.

All you can eat scam. We arrived with 25 minutes to go and they refused the all you can eat, saying it would take them 25 minutes for a tomato and cheese pizza, but they would make it for full price. Stupid employees.
