Me and my friends passed through and after ordering on the app almost an hour before arriving, arrived to see none of the food had been prepared. With given only an hour to eat before reloading, the three employees now had over one hundred orders to complete and had begun none. My meal consisted of some wings and a chicken sandwich which ended up taking the whole available lunch period. Avoid this place in Arizona when passing through.

I can count on 1 hand how many times I've eaten at Popeyes over the last decade, is a reminder why. 1. If you're cooking the food fresh, which is appreciated, let the cust know so they're aren't wondering why everyone that came behind them is leaving with their food. 2. If I order honey bbq wings, I'm not paying for chicken wings with bbq drizzle. It's all good, though. Just needed a refresher on why I don't eat at Popeyes.

8 piece had that raw chicken smell, like it went straight from the grocery store to the pot never touching water. The smell was in the taste and it was not seasoned well. Wasted 32 dollars

I’ve been here a few times on road trips, my last visit really upset me. I will admit I didn’t call the store to fix my order and why is that might you ask? Because I don’t live there. By the time I started heading home I was trying my food. My chicken was horrible, old and dry. I only ate the mashed potatoes, mac & cheese and my apple pie. I actually reached out to customer service on the app where my order was placed and was my order refunded? Absolutely not. Popeyes gave me the biggest middle finger in terms of making it right and that’s WRONG. If Popeyes wants to succeed START WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS! I work in the restaurant industry and if a customer had come to me with this issue I WOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT! Do not eat at this establishment, I am done with Popeyes.
