I'm not sure how folks can give this place anything less than four stars?!?!? I mean what do you want? It's a steak house with all of the cheesy western schmaltz that one would expect and it was AWESOME. We showed up with a group of about 12 and they were great and seating us. The food was pretty good, the bar as stocked as one would expect, and the vibe . . . I mean come on, this was the ultimate cowboy steakhouse vibe!We are just bummed we were not there for the line dancing!

This was our first time dining at Butterfield Steak Company. The steak I had was really good. Cooked properly, seared well, flavorful and well seasoned. If all the other dishes were done as well as the steak, I would have given 5 stars. Vegetables should be cooked to order, not left to steam.
