Great food, fast and friendly service, ample vegetarian options. I got vegetable samosas and yellow daal with rice - it was good. Garlic naan was great! Clean interior. Slightly intimidating news(?) footage on the TV. Good prices for what you get.
The Swaadstop is the best dhaba on the I-40. Everything that they offer is the most authentic Indian food. My favorite is the goat curry with garlic Naan and the chai. The staff that works here are very kind and pleasant. I really like Jatinder. It's always nice to see him. I make sure to stop in every time I come through the area. It is a must. This is SUCH delicious food. We arrived close to closing time, and were served almost immediately. The Butter Chicken & Chicken Curry (red) are terrific. (We had medium spicy and the heat was perfect.) The samosas were hot, crispy and stuffed with perfectly prepared vegetables. The dipping sauces were so flavorful.
We definitely recommend this restaurant and will come back often.
